Welcome to Che Cafe. We are Terri and Ryan.

Ryan is a chef with a culinary degree and years of restaurant experience. His passion for cooking permeates through the various flavors of his food. The concept of Che’ Cafe is simple; good, fresh, handmade comfort food.

Another of our passions is our beloved dogs. Our cafe name is in honor of our dog Che’. We have had four amazing dogs in our lives; Nikai (Bubby), a red and white husky who was an active and free spirited dog, a true joy to watch as he ran free. Che’, a 95 pound Princess Shepherd mix who loved to lounge, mostly by the feet of mom and dad. Riley was a senior Shepherd mix we adopted from the Oregon Humane Society, who appeared to have ‘doggy alzheimers’ but was so happy, extremely kind... and a little wobbly. And then there is Sadie, another senior dog we adopted along with Riley. Sadie is a Border Collie mix who is very attached to mom and dad, and is so loving and affectionate.

Our hope is that Che’ Cafe provides our neighbors and city the same love and devotion our dogs give to us through well prepared home style food, reasonable prices, and great service. We understand that sometimes life doesn’t afford us the luxury to cook at home. That’s why we have included a delivery service so all you have to do is phone ahead and dinner will be served. This truly is a dream come true for us, and we thank you for your business!
