About Us

Welcome to Che Cafe. We have been happily serving the North Williams area since August 2009. Since that time we have enjoyed watching our business flourish alongside our neighbors and fellow small business owners. Our shared passion for fresh, delicious, handmade comfort food is evident with every dish we create and serve.

Ryan is a professional chef with a degree from Scottsdale Culinary Institute and over a decade of restaurant experience. Terri brings a creative touch to the family-owned business with her ideas for weekly specials and tasty homemade sauces. The unique combination of Terri’s devotion to vegetarianism and Ryan’s meat fetish makes for a menu that satisfies every discerning palate.

Our cafe is named in honor of one of our beloved dogs, Che. We have been lucky to have five amazing dogs in our lives: Nikai (aka Bubby),a free spirited Siberian husky, Riley, the kind boy with "Doggy Alzheimer's", Sadie, little miss non-fun haver, Wrinkles, the Licker of all, and of course, Che, the Princess Shepherd mix who loved to lounge. We also have a time-share dog named Tanner, the big old goofy boy!

We are dedicated to our customers and strive to satisfy their cravings daily. We would like to say thank you to our neighbors and all of Portland!
